Dramaturški pogovor je zastavljen kot dramaturška refleksija predstav iz tretjega festivalskega dne. Na pogovor so vabljeni vsi avtorji in nastopajoči, kot tudi celotna zainteresirana publika.

The dramaturgical discussion is intended to serve as a dramaturgical reflection on the contents of the third day of the festival. Invited to participate are all authors and performers, as well as any interested audience members.

Kadarkoli smo v interakciji z drugimi, predstavljamo stanje lastnega uma in s tem tudi stanje lastnega telesa. V SKUPAJ POPOLNOMA SAMI dve plesalki raziskujeta način komunikacije le s pomočjo telesa, ob čemer nenehno reflektirata svoje misli in čustva na njuno telesnost. Kaj je tisto, kar se zgodi med plesalkama in kaj je tisto, kar zgane/premakne publiko?

Whenever we are interacting with others, we represent the state of our own mind, and hence the state of our own body. In 2GATHER/AL(L)ONE, two dancers explore the means of communicating through body alone, constantly reflecting on their thoughts and feelings onto their body. What is it that happens between the dancers, and what is it that touches/moves the audience?

Predstava mladega španskega plesalca in koreografa Pera Faure, diplomanta amsterdamske SNDO, ki je bil za svoje delo že večkrat nagrajen, je ironični preplet gledališkega dogodka z "umetnostjo slačenja". Pere ob tem ustvarja nenavadno, magično vzdušje, ki vabi gledalca, da se mu pridruži in pozabi na vse, kar je zunaj dvorane. Zaključna festivalska predstava.

The performance by the young Spanish dancer and choreographer Pere Faura, a graduate of the Amsterdam School for New Dance Development and recipient of numerous awards for his work, is an ironic interweaving of a theatre event and “the art of undressing”. Pere creates an unusual, magic atmosphere that invites the viewer to join him and forget about everything outside the hall. Closing performance of the festival.

PODELITEV FESTIVALSKIH NAGRAD "UKREP" / "UKREP" FESTIVAL AWARD CEREMONY

Prvič v zgodovini bienalnega festivala plesnih perspektiv UKREP, ki je v letu 2018 že šesti po vrsti, bodo podeljene festivalske nagrade UKREP za mlade slovenske plesne ustvarjalce na tematiko PLESNE PERSPEKTIVNOSTI, in sicer v treh kategorijah: po mnenju mednarodne strokovne žirije, po mnenju izbranega slovenskega koreografa / koreografinje in po mnenju občinstva.

Podelitev nagrad bo povezoval Jan Rozman.

This year, following the sixth edition of UKREP – Festival of Dance Perspectives, UKREP prizes will be awarded for the first time in the history to young Slovenian dance artists on the topic of DANCE PERSPECTIVITY. There will be three award categories: International Expert Jury Award, award by a selected Slovenian choreographer, and Audience Award.

Award ceremony host will be Jan Rozman.

Kristina in Sadé Alleyne, izjemni plesalki, koreografinji in pedagoginji, nekdanji članici slovite skupine Akram Khan Dance Company iz Londona sta kot pedagoginji in koreografinji redni gostji ImpulsTanza na Dunaju in drugih pomembnih mednarodnih plesnih festivalih. Vodili bosta delavnico sodobnega plesa, ki sta jo poimenovali Dynamics, Rhythm & Texture (srednji nivo) in delavnico Afro-fusion (srednji nivo), kjer povezujeta principe afriških plesov s svojim plesnim izrazom.

Kristina and Sadé Alleyne, excellent dancers, choreographers and pedagogues, once members of the famous Akram Khan Dance Company from London are as teachers and choreographers, regular guests at ImpulsTanz in Vienna and other important international dance festivals. They will lead contemporary dance workshops which they named Dynamics, Rhythm & Texture, and a workshop of Afro-fusion (middle level) where they connect the principles of African dance with their dance expression.
